Everything That Was Just Added to Netflix! May 1st, 2018

Microwave explosives, shaky cam footage of Matt Damon speed patty-cake fighting and a shocked suit staring at surveillance footage saying “Jesus Christ, that’s Jason Bourne. ” What’s not to love?

I’ve actually never seen any of the Hellboy films. I’d love to watch them all sometime and really get a feel for the franchise. BUT I CAN’T START FROM PART II, NETFLIX!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m in the same boat over and over again. All I want to do is watch this movie but I feel the need to watch them all first. Starting with ‘Manhunter’ and going through the entire ‘Hannibal’ series. I need more time in my life to binge dark pop culture.
To be fair, the girl who died in this scene was the WORST kind of movie goer. Or was that the girl in ‘Scary Movie 2’? I can never remember. I know the guy who died by dick to the ear was definitely the latter.
  • Shrek
    • Sliding Doors
    • Sometimes
    • The Strange Name Movie
  • Tremors: A Cold Day In Hell
This has maybe gone on long enough? I want to care. I can’t care. Then again, this is all we’re going to get from the Tremors universe right now. They just cancelled the Kevin Bacon led series before it ever aired. That I cared about.

  • Anon
‘Anon’ is a Clive Owen/Amanda Seyfried led Netflix Original Sci-fi crime thriller that sounds quite rad. Set in the future where all human lives digitally traceable, leading to the end of crime. Until it doesn’t anymore.

  • Only God Forgives
Wanna fight? This was Nicolas Winding Refn and Ryan Goslings follow up to ‘Drive’ and it is nothing like ‘Drive’. What really grinds my gears? They had the opportunity to make the most stylish ‘Bloodsport’ film of all time. Instead it was just really depressing, artsy and metaphorical. Which is fine, if that’s what you‘re into.

This will be a great chance to check out this one for people who missed it in theaters. This whole Disney/Netflix thing is working out pretty well. It’ll be especially fantastic once ‘Infinity War’ hits.
